TECHNOLOGY & CARE
Better air treatment
starts at the source.
Capture cooking emissions close to the appliance, then treat grease, particles and odors through a sequence of filtration stages.
DRY FILTRATION ROUTE
Compact. Modular. Serviceable.
Baffle
Captures larger grease droplets
ESP
Treats fine oil mist and smoke
HEPA
Captures fine airborne particles
Carbon
Reduces residual odors
Fan
Returns treated air indoors
WATER FILTRATION ROUTE
Pre-treatment for heavier loads.
Water scrubbing adds grease washing and air-stream cooling ahead of the dry treatment modules.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE
Keep the system ready for service.
| Starting interval | Component | Task |
|---|---|---|
| Daily / each shift | Capture area & grease baffles | Wipe down, empty grease collection and wash baffles as needed. Inspect water tanks on water-filter models. |
| Every 1–1.5 months | ESP & demister | Remove, clean thoroughly and dry before refitting. Inspect sooner for heavy loads. |
| Every 3–6 months | HEPA & activated carbon | Check loading, pressure drop and odor breakthrough. Replace saturated filters. |
| Monthly inspection | Fan, seals & castors | Check airflow, unusual noise, grease build-up, seals and castor locks. |
Intervals are initial guidance, not a fixed service guarantee. Isolate power and follow the equipment manual before opening service panels.
Frequently asked questions.
Does ventless mean the kitchen needs no room ventilation?
No. Recirculating filtration treats cooking emissions. Room heat, humidity, occupant ventilation and appliance combustion requirements must still be assessed for the project.
Can every appliance be used under a ventless hood?
Compatibility depends on appliance type, energy source, cooking process and load. Send the equipment list and menu for review before ordering.
Do these systems eliminate all cooking odors?
Activated carbon reduces residual odors. Results depend on the menu, airflow, carbon condition and maintenance. Project selection should account for nearby occupied areas.
Is fire protection included?
Fire protection requirements and any suppression system are confirmed separately in the project scope. Filter stages alone do not establish regulatory approval.
Can the workstation hold a countertop fryer?
Compatible countertop appliances sit on the work surface and are selected separately. Confirm dimensions, weight and thermal clearance with the project team.
